Quick Care Guide

Light
Full outdoor sunlight, commercial grow lights can be used but not recommended long term. (Rule of thumb: If you can grow tomatoes, that same light can sustain carnivorous plants)

Soil
50/50 Peat Moss to Perlite (Or sand)

Water
Rain or distilled water ONLY! Planting media must stay moist at all times. If they dry, they die. Sitting in a tray/dish of water ⅓ up the pot is recommended.

Feeding/Fertilizer
No fertilizer in the soil! Using fertilizer in the soil will kill the plant. If plants are kept outdoors, they will catch the food they need.

Pests
Pesky bugs can be an issue on any plant. If pests are present, imidacloprid or acephate are the go to systemic pestacides.

Fungal Issue
Sulfur is the easiest on the plants and safe to use. Can be used to prevent powdery mildew or other light fungal issues. Thiophanate-methyl is a systemic that can be used for larger fungal issues.
